Hurricane OCC is actively engaged in state and national competitions. We participate, initiate and host events for Senior and Junior paddlers as part of our mission to grow the sport in Western Australia.

We love competing and are very proud of our members who are some of the best in the state and country. Many also compete internationally.  Race participation is purely voluntary and separate training is held outside of our scheduled sessions to ensure we are race-ready!

Over the past few past few years, through focus and team spirit, we have been securing an increasing number or titles. Most recently our 2nd place ranking at National Marathon Titles, 2025.
